Level 2 – “VIP II”: the client needs to spend another 20 USD to get a 10% discount.

Level 3 – “VIP III”: the client needs to spend another 50 USD to get a 15% discount.
    Thus, funds spent to reach 1st level will not be counted towards reaching 2nd level and so on.
